Apple Watch Ultra 4 Hits $100 Discount, Ties All‑Time Low Price

The Apple Watch Ultra 4, Apple’s most capable wearable, is currently listed for $699.99 on Amazon, a $100 reduction that brings the price in line with its all‑time low.

Powered by Apple’s new S11 chip—the same silicon found in the Series 12—the Ultra 4 promises faster performance than its predecessor and introduces several Apple Intelligence capabilities. Notably, Sound Recognition can alert users to noises such as alarms and doorbells, while the Live Rewind feature lets you replay the last 15 seconds of an in‑person conversation. Apple also teases an upcoming Siri Recap that will generate conversation summaries for later review.

On the health front, the watch adds more precise EKG measurements and can record heart‑rate data as often as every five seconds. A new Readiness metric, unavailable on Ultra 3 and earlier, aggregates recent activity, sleep quality, and other health data into a score ranging from zero to ten, guiding users on whether to push harder or ease off.

Battery endurance is the headline feature, with Apple claiming up to 50 hours on a single charge—twice the runtime of the Series 12. The Ultra 4 retains the brightest display in the lineup, a rugged case water‑resistant to 100 meters, and an IP6X dust‑resistance rating. It also continues to offer the second‑generation Ultra Wideband chip for Precision Finding and gesture controls that respond to a double tap or wrist flick.
