Relisting Details

Josh Hart and his wife Shannon Hart have relisted their Pinecrest, Florida mansion for $5.69 million, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal and listings on Realtor.com. The home was taken off the market last year after being listed at $5.9 million, then reduced to $5.8 million.

Purchase History

The couple purchased the property in 2022 for $4.75 million. After a brief listing period last year, they removed it from the market and are now offering it again, this time with Michael Martinez of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

Property Features

The 5,800‑square‑foot residence sits on a cul‑de‑sac in Pinecrest’s Coconut Palm Estates and includes five bedrooms and five baths. The listing describes “soaring ceilings and large windows” that flood the interior with natural light.

Chef’s kitchen with stylish cabinetry, a large white island and state‑of‑the‑art appliances.

Open floor plan with spacious living and entertaining areas, a charming breakfast nook, and second‑floor laundry facilities.

Primary bedroom with a large balcony offering sweeping views of the property’s lush setting.

Expansive covered terraces, a resort‑style pool, a summer kitchen and a private putting green.

Outdoor sound system installed by Hart.

Hart’s Comments

Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, Hart said the family will return to the area and that he intends to buy another home there after he retires. He singled out the breakfast nook as his favorite spot, noting, “The ability to go down there, make coffee, hang out with the boys, watch a little TV, kick it by the breakfast nook—that was the highlight.”

Other Real‑Estate Activity

In 2024 the Harts spent an undisclosed amount on a New York property purchased through Compass agent Kim Arenas. Arenas praised the couple’s “amazing clients” and expressed excitement for their future memories, adding a nod to the Knicks.

The Pinecrest listing markets the home as “a remarkable opportunity to experience refined South Florida living in one of Pinecrest’s most desirable neighborhoods.” The property remains a high‑end option for buyers seeking privacy, sophistication and resort‑inspired amenities.
